Carepackage (also known as Special Delivery
or Pegasus Courier) is a Pegasus Pony from
My Little Pony and Tamers’s MLP parody series.
He works as a mailpony delivering mail across
Ponyville across all of his adaptations
In Show
He appears in the episode “Wonderbolts Academy” delivering Rainbow Dash’s acceptance letter for the Wonderbolts Academy. He also appears in the first part of the "Princess Twilight Sparkle" delivering mail from Ponyville to Twilight as she prepares for the Summer Sun Celebration in Canterlot
I am confident he might have more appearances- I have yet to finish the series so this part will be updated when I can confirm or deny.
He was not given an official name I believe so he was referred to by the fandom as “Special Delivery”. There is also evidence that he was called “Carepackage” as well, probably in part to the repeated use of the phrase by the Mane 6 in the same episode as his first appearance.
In the Hasbro Game, he is referred to as “Pegasus Courier”. He is part of the “Distant Travellers” Collection which notably also includes “Mail Muffins” (more commonly known as Derpy by fans).
In Tamers
In Tamer’s MLP series Carepackage is a mailpony by day Serial Killer by night. He takes immense pleasure in inflicting harm on other people which is why he spends his time not delivering mail in the Psych Ward. He also has a weird crush/maybe kinda rivalry thing with Soarin who in this series is an Alicorn main character of sorts who's in a happy relationship with Braeburn.
He is introduced in the episode "Twilight and Friends Get Stuck in a Porta Potty” as he meets Applebottom, a character also introduced in this episode. Applebottom flirts with him and basically just vents to him about his struggles with feeling like the inferior race (Earthpony), his abusive family, and his mental struggles. Carepackage seems to enjoy the company enough to help. At first when Applebottom is being beaten by his Related Parents, then by revealing his murderous nature and killing Applebottom's parents for him.
After Applebottom's parents are murdered and buried Carepackage embraces Applebottom and has sex with him on top of their graves, revealing his kink for killing. He then invites Applebottom to stay at his place after taking Applebottom on a flight and promising him to tell his story.
